Cancellation & Refund Policy

All booking cancellations are subject to the following policy concerning refunds:-

  • Bookings within 48 hours of planned time of arrival are strictly non-refundable. This includes bookings made either over the telephone or online and is applicable to any no show or arrival outside of the set date.
  • All bookings can be cancelled, changed or fully refunded up to 48 hours before your designated time, provided that you have called or emailed directly to arrange this.
  • Promotional offers will be subject to specific terms and any additional products or services included in these offers cannot be cancelled. All offers are subject to availability.
  • Bookings can be made up to 12 months prior to arrival date.
    Donations to an affiliated charity via Cat-A-Tonic Limited are non-refundable
